 
          
Corleggy Kid Goats Cheese; Soft cheese handmade from RAW goat’s milk. As the name suggests it’s a baby cheese – much younger than Corleggy, it’s made in the traditional Log shape. You can eat it very soon after making (3 days maturation) and it is very very mild and versatile – Serve with fruit, honey and nuts for dessert – or as an addition for salads. At 2 – 4 weeks old it comes into itself with a smooth texture and typical goats milk taste. It also develops a snow white mould.
